1. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method provided. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details.

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown before checkout is completed. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

If we cannot fulfill your order because of unavailable stock, a listing error, or a suspected unauthorized transaction, we will contact you. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment collected for it.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on US orders. Estimated delivery is 14–28 calendar days from the date you place your order.

Delivery times are estimates. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will notify you. Where required, we will offer you the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, email enterbreathco@gmail.com with your order number to request a refund.

5. Order Changes

If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect your rights under our refund policy or applicable law.
